I tinted my headlight with really cheap tint from Amazon. It was a pain in the ass, took five tries, still isn’t perfect, and will probably bubble as soon as I turn the headlight on. At least it looks good!

find yourself some Dupli-Color MetalCast yellow. It’s what I did to tint the fogs on my Mustang and Ranger.
in fact, I bought a few cans. I’m pretty sure I won’t be spraying all that much with it. if you want one, let me know.

I was going to go that route, but I wasn't sure what it would do to the light throw since this is my only light source and it's not too bright being a 43 year old motorcycle.

It shouldn't affect the throw or pattern, it goes on very thin and is pretty much transparent. All it does is filter out the tiny bit of blue light from the bulbs emitted spectrum, reducing glare.
